Safety is a value that is fundamental to our company’s culture. Our zero accidents philosophy helps to put our safety performance at the top of our industry.

At Arme, we believe that every accident, and therefore every injury, is preventable, and we implement that philosophy throughout our organisation and into every project through a combination of safe field procedures and training programs.

Every employee has a stop-work authority, if it’s not safe, don’t do it.

We also require our subcontractors and partners to adopt the same commitment to safety and health. The result is exceptional safety performance, even in hazardous work environments, severe weather conditions and remote locations.

Our dedication to safety helps keep workers safe, and it also pays off for our customers. Their operating costs go down and productivity goes up because less time is lost to accidents. Our certified safety management system meets the requirements of ISO 45001:2018 standards.

Arme Oy has received occupational safety level classification from 2020 Vision Zero Forum in the spring of 2021. Our workplace had classified as:
