The owners of Arme Oy and Saimaan Eristys Oy have agreed upon a corporate acquisition in which two top performers in the eld are merged into the largest insulation and scaffolding business in Finland. The acquisition connects the skilled personnel and modern scaffolding material of two traditional insulation and scaffolding service companies. The companies will continue their operation under their own names and have set up a joint integration team to enhance their business and to develop their customer service. The merger has no effect on the number of staff.

The merger will strengthen the execution of on line maintenance of both companies, create new possibilities to complete wide-ran- ging stoppage work, and guarantee an extensive, skilled work force for the largest projects in our country. The local, known and reliable insulation and scaffolding service will be joined with internationally proven project competence. Combining our functions, capacities and materials will clearly offer both us and our clients a new kind of chance to develop larger service entities and na- tional follow-up systems. After the merger, our familiar and trustworthy workers have a nation-wide service organization and an abundance of experienced professionals at their disposal.
