ARME LTD. AND HL ERISTE LTD. MERGE BUSINESSES

Dear customer and partner of Arme Ltd. and HL Eriste Ltd.,
Arme Ltd. and HL Eriste Ltd. will combine their operations on 31 December 2020. The companies will operate normally as independent companies until the end of the year. The new company will start operations as planned at the beginning of year 2021. All contracts, responsibilities and obligations will be transferred to the new company without need for your actions.
The companies' business operations will continue under Arme Ltd's name, but the merger will change the company’s business ID and invoicing information (see below). Please notify these changes in your customer data and supplier registers as well as with 2021 invoicing. The banking information of Arme Ltd. remain unchanged.
